1.給料機在使用過程中需要檢查如下內(nèi)容
(1)檢查給料機和激振器振幅,振幅不得超過給料機設(shè)計極限值。
(2)檢查主振橡膠彈簧是否有開裂。
(3)檢查隔振彈簧是否有開裂。
(4)檢查各緊固螺栓是否有松動。
(5)檢查電動機運轉(zhuǎn)中是否有異常聲響。
2.給料機運行初期一周內(nèi),必須每天檢查并擰緊各連接螺栓,一周后,可隔一天檢查并擰緊一次,直到設(shè)備運行穩(wěn)定為止。
3.電機維修與保養(yǎng)按電機使用說明書進(jìn)行。
4.振動給料機操作規(guī)程
(1)給料機安裝與振動電機接線后,進(jìn)行全面安全檢查,以避免開機后發(fā)生人身與設(shè)備事故,確認(rèn)各處螺栓緊固,設(shè)備可靠接地,方可開機。
(2)給料機不宜空載運轉(zhuǎn)時間過長,30分鐘以內(nèi)停機后,要將全部螺栓緊固一次,以后要定期檢查,發(fā)現(xiàn)松動及時緊固,確保振動電機與設(shè)備的牢固連接。
(3)在調(diào)整給料量時,可以通過以下方法進(jìn)行。
a.調(diào)整加大振動電機的激振力。
b.調(diào)整槽體吊掛的長度,使槽體沿下料方向往下傾斜,傾斜角度在通常情況下0~-140范圍內(nèi),按不同物料的自然安息角,以不自動跑料為原則。

a adjusted to increase the exciting force of the vibrating motor.
